Refund Policy  

SportsMix will provide a full refund (less applicable credit card processing expenses) any time up to two weeks prior to any event or league. Any time from two weeks prior until the actual event/league, SportsMix will only offer a refund if we are able to fill the slots with other teams/members. After the start of a league, we will not be able to offer any refunds.

Free Agent Policy

Your spot may be subject to forfeit at SportsMix's descretion if you are a no call/no show or do not respond to any reasonable attempts by SportsMix staff regarding your status.

Sportsmanship Policy

SportsMix is a charity-focused sports and social league.  Our goal is for you to have fun.  We hope that you keep this in mind when participating.  We recognized the games may become intense; however, you still can be competitive while maintaining good sportsmanship.

With this said, any behavior deemed unacceptable by the SportsMix sports official and/or Sportsmix staff may result in suspension and/or ejection from a game or the league.  While we appreciate the level of competitiveness in our league we do not tolerate any unsportsmanlike behavior.  Alcohol is prohibited at all SportsMix Sporting Events.

Weather Alerts & Game Cancelations

SportsMix does not cancel games unless there is extreme lightning or crazy acts of Mother Nature. If a cancelation does occur, SportsMix will alert you via email and on our website. Text alerts will also be an option in the near future.
