Sales Position

JOB DESCRIPTION
SportsMix is the first sports & social league in Albuquerque that professionally organizes a variety of sports for active, hard working adults in ABQ.  We are looking for sales positions to sell and promote our sports leagues and sponsorships to a variety of organizations (B2B).   Daily activities include describing company benefits, and present special offers, convincing them for a sales rep visit.  Collecting info about clients and document them.  Entering customer details into computer database including appointment dates or calls taking orders.   Responsibilities and duties include:

• Establish new contacts/accounts
• Working with directors to establish sales campaigns for promoting leagues and sponsorships to present to potential customers.
• Develop immediate client relationship
• Develop customer contact database
• Maintain Follow up procedures
• Help establish new sales system

REQUIRED

• Great sales personality and presentation skills.
• Must be persuasive, firm, well-mannered and a good negotiator
• Computer skills
• Demonstrate a dependable and reliable work history.
• Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, goal-oriented, professional, and results-driven.          Works well with a team but can also work effectively while being self-managed.
•  High School diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED

• Experience in Sales
• Experience & Knowledge playing and/or coaching sports
• Some college education or Bachelor’s degree
